Schools & Student Organizations

Since 1987, Connecticut school children have been the heart of the Ronald McDonald House of Connecticut fund raising campaigna. Inspired by the generosity of one Cheshire student, the campaign has grown to include the participation of thousands of children from public and private schools throughout the state.

This statewide involvement of children in support of Connecticut's only Ronald McDonald House is what makes our event so special … "Kids Helping Kids."

How Do Kids Help?

There are many ways kids can help. Students have joined in everything from penny wars to dress down days to bake sales in order to raise money. We believe this campaign teaches children the importance of reaching out and helping those less fortunate than themselves.
