For the whitening, they take full impressions of your mouth. Then you go back in a couple of days  to pick up your custom trays along with the whitening gel. All of the proceeds go to charity, half to the Ronald McDonald House of Connecticut. Levy Dental Group is located at 921 State Street in New Haven.  Our office hours are 7:00 am – 6:00 pm and you do need an appointment. The cost is $275.
